My little dog loves the squeaker on this toy. It has a squeak that is just a little deeper than her other toys, which got her interested in playing with this one. The colors are nice, but the wings kind of got squished to one side during delivery. It has the chew guard on many parts; however, Kelsey has found all the unprotected parts on the toy to chew on first. She doesn't swallow any pieces she chews off, but if your dog does, this would not be your best choice.
