Dog Dress Jumper- slurpy ice cream - aqua/purple

Yummy ice cream treats are creamed all over the dress, accented with a ruffled, purple trim.  A Velcro midsection makes this dress easy to put on.  Cute strap bows and a ricrac trim adorn this yellow and aqua colored dress.  Attached d-ring.  Wash in a garment bag, machine wash cold, gentle cycle and hang to dry.  Steam iron with appropriate setting.
