They are composed with real high density furniture foam cushions that don't flatten out. It is possible, and highly recommened, to upgrade to the BioMedic memory foam for the center cushions. The BioMedic memory foam provides the most comfortalbe dog furniture possible. The foam is then covered with commercial quality fabrics and faux leathers.
