The Posh Roses Puppy Pawd is for those refined dogs. They are reversible and come in plush fabric filled with 100% polyfil. It can be cinched as a nest bed or opened flat as a plush mat. The good thing about these beds are that they are completely machine washable. They should be tumble dried low with no heat though.
