Please see below for some commonly asked questions relating to shipping. If you have more questions please either call 888-636-7798 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure to add email@example.com to your email safe list. All tracking numbers will be coming from this email and it may go to your spam/junk folder.
Also don't forget to check your spam/ junk folder. Many times we get emails asking when the order will ship when it already has and the email went to the spam/junk folder.
How much does it cost to ship?
Shipping is FREE for orders in the contiguous United States. Rush shipping charges are extra. Shipping to AK, HI, and other countries is calculated during checkout based on address and weight of package.
When will my order ship?
If ordering using the free shipping, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to ship (excluding any lead times for custom or special order items). If you need an item faster than this turnaround time, please choose either ground, 3 day, 2 day, or overnight shipping. Please note, lead times still apply even when choosing these options.
What is the contiguous US?
The contiguous US is the lower 48 states. This does not include Alaska or Hawaii.
How long will it take to get to me once it has shipped?
If you are in the 48 Contiguous United States your item will typically take 2-7 business days to get to you once shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. This depends on your location relative to the warehouse. Alaska and Hawaii can take a little longer, as will other countries. Please do not count weekends. UPS will not deliver on Saturday. When shipping orders overseas via USPS, it is hard to give an estimated shipping time line as it depends on how long it takes for a package to get through customs. If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know you would like the item shipped via UPS.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Please either call 888-636-7798 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if an item is available for expedited shipping. There are many products that are custom made when ordered so expedited shipping will not be available on those products. There are extra costs for expedited shipping, contact us for more information.
See the chart below for more information on expedited shipping. Please note, do not count the day ordered or the weekends when figuring what shipment option you need. If ordering after 12pm CST, please use the next day to figure delivery date. Contact us if you have any questions.
Will I incur any additional fees shipping to Canada?
Yes, typically you will be charged a brokerage charge for shipping to Canada. We are not responsible for any brokerage charges on any packages shipping to Canada. Those charges come from a combination of Canadian Customs and the shipping companies, like UPS and FedEx. We cannot control these costs as they are not charges that Poochieheaven charges.
We only charge the regular Shipping & Handling charge. On top of that, generally, the higher the value of the item, the higher the brokerage charge, and we have no way of knowing how much those brokerage charges are. So, if your package is shipping to Canada, you may want to consider this before you place your order.
What shipping method will be used?
We use UPS and FedEx or USPS for delivery of most products.
Where will my product ship from?
We are located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Some of our products are shipped from our own warehouse here, and some are shipped from our associated warehouses in California, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, and New York. Your product may arrive in several packages due to our multiple warehouses and wanting to get the product to you as soon as possible.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Items that ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin, you will receive an email from Poochieheaven with a tracking number.
For products shipped from our associate warehouses, tracking numbers are available on most of the products. If one is available Poochieheaven will email you the number when the product gets sent out. We will not be able to provide a tracking number until the item has actually shipped so if there is a processing time for your item, a tracking number will not be available until the order it ready and shipped.
Do you ship to other Countries besides the United States and Canada?
Yes, Poochieheaven does ship to most countries. There are extra shipping charges for these products. This cost is calculated during checkout.
