Splish Splash Bow

This bow is adorable!  You can't help but "oooo" and "aahh" at the very sight of these swimming duckies.  A parade of baby ducks splash through the water and joyously quack along the way.  For some extra color, the ribbon has bright red, green, and blue polka dots as a background.  To bring the whole piece together a baby blue, pompom embellishment rests at the center.
