I bought the Tutu dress for my son's wedding in LA. Precious my 3 pound tiny toy poodles looks so cute in the dress. The workmanship is excellent with the detail on the bodice, and the many layers of tulle. It is well made and one piece vs. the cheaply made clothes with velcro closeurs.
I would recommend this dress for someone who likes the tiffany blue color and the light pink underskirt.
