The pink party hat is ADORABLE!!! We ordered it in the small size because we have a 3.5 pound Yorkie. Once we adjusted the elastic to her, it fit just fine. A great product!!

I ordered these for our pugs' first birthday and they were adorable! The silver streamer thing on the top didn't stay in, it fell off right as I opened the package but they were still cute! They survived the feisty puppies fighting to get them off their heads!
