Bri's Weekly Top Three 2.17.17

Posted by Briana Graber on

There's a few different things to talk about this week!  Still working with Midlee's fantastic products and I've got a little something from across the board this week.

Maybe I'm attached to florals because they remind me of spring, which isn't approaching quite fast enough for my liking. This pink rose tutu dress for dogs has my love.  Not only is there adorable rose print that looks like it should be on a 50s apron, but I love that the crinoline skirt is dark green.  It almost reminds me of the leaves and stem under a bloom.  To me that means that the dress is doubly-floral.  Once because of the rose print, and twice because the with the skirt the top almost looks like a bloom emerging from the green leaves of spring flowers just awakening.

It's a little belated for the season, but it's never too late for a costume in my opinion, so next up is a lion costume for big dogs.  The tan plush fabric the outer layer is made from is just about the softest thing I've ever felt.  I want a blanket made of it.  And the lining on the inside is nice cozy fleece-it might be worth getting the costume just as a winter jacket for your dog.  Plus, you'll get a chuckle out of the fuzzy fabric hood that doubles as a lion mane.  It secures like a jacket with snaps at the chest.  Makes me want to dust off my copy of the Lion King and watch it again.

My mom loves baking, has a cake decorating set that goes the whole nine yards and has several cake pans.  Some were even in fun shapes like this bone-shaped cake pan.  It comes either by itself or in a set of two, so you could get really fancy and do some layered cakes if you really want to.   Another neat idea is, especially when your dog's birthday rolls around, to use it for dog-safe cake recipe, like this one here.  Spoiling people and pets is one of my favorite things, so that's probably what I would use it for, but it'd also be great for theme parties or just mixing up cake shapes now and again.

That's what I've got for this week, have a great weekend!
