Bri's Weekly Top Three 1.20.17

Posted by Briana Graber on

Well, it was a fast-paced week, so there was a lot of potential products to choose from - some old, some new.  It's a bit of a smorgasbord with a little bit of everything, or as close to as it gets with one week and three picks.

Let's start with an item that's a little bit late, or early, depending on how you want to look at it.  It's a mesh ribbon Halloween-themed elastic collar.  This style of collar is adorable and hilarious. It looks like your pet grew a holiday-themed mane, and reminds me of the scene in the Lion King where Simba is singing 'Just Can't Wait to be King' and has a 'mane' made out of leaves.  This one has multi-color glittering cobwebs on the mesh ribbons, which are tipped with foil spiders and jack-o-lanterns.  Almost looks like the backdrop of 'Nightmare Before Christmas' which, unfortunately, still makes the mention of it either late or early for either holiday.

The next two are both about dog toys, but each has such a different feel to them that they aren't really in the same category.  The Sniffany Bone Plush is perfect for furry fashionistas who run a little on the spoiled side (no shame in that, we all spoil our pets to some degree or another).  It's a classy shade of teal and comes with a cloth white ribbon sewn to it.  Plus the parody brands are just cute.  'Sniffany & Co.'?  You can't help but smile.

Last is a plush of my all-time favorite mythical animal.  A dragon.  Purple, green, and made of elephant corduroy with double-stitched seams, this toy is a durable, cute, and goofy favorite.  Embroidered eyes looking off to the side make the dragon look anxious and cartoon-y, and the askew fangs just add to the adorable factor.  Sounds like a perfect fit for the goofy pup that normally tears up toys in a matter of minutes.

So, it was another week of all costumes, and while I love it, I'm sure its getting a little tiresome.  Fear not!  I've wrapped up costumes for the year (except for a stray one here or there as they relate to the coming holidays) so next week I suspect I'll manage to put together a [...]

Bri's Weekly Top Three 10.14.16

So bear with me, I worked almost exclusively with costumes this week, so two out of my three top items are costumes.  Plus, Halloween's still coming up, and I do love the season.  And I suppose you could argue that only one of the three is actually a costume...I'll start with that one.One of the [...]
