Bri's Weekly Top Three from 1.20.17

Posted by Briana Graber on

I know I've been out a couple weeks, so I'm playing a round of catch-up and I'm ready to show off a whole slew of new things!  The last week of January was a bit all over the place, but the 4th of July was the theme for part of it, so get ready to see some stars and stripes.  First I'll start you off with something just as American but a little less garish.

Maybe its because I love Bones and Men in Black, but I love the idea of this FBI big dog costume.  A dog FBI agent just makes me smile and I love it.  Not to mention the costume is sized to fit larger dogs (as the name 'big dog costume' might imply), so your dog might actually look a bit imposing all dressed up as an FBI agent on Halloween (or a theme party, or any other excuse you can find to dress up your pet).

Standing tall and stuffed with patriotism (or polyfill, one of the two), this squeaker toy is perfect for the all-American pet.  Lulubelles is known for their durable toys, using a tough mesh liner under the fabric and strong seams to hold toys together longer than others might hold up to the aggressive chewer.  The cartoonish shape of this Uncle Sam top hat makes me smile and the best thing about patriotic toys is that even though they're themed, 4th of July isn't the only time of year for a little American pride.

And, to top off the 4th of July theme, here's a decorative collar made of red, white, and blue ribbons.  The blue ribbons have white polka-dots on them and it looks adorable.  This would be absolutely perfect for going out to parades on Independence Day (or just watching the movie Independence Day) and watching the fireworks from afar.  It's a little bit early to be planning for July yet, but its something to keep in mind.
